Overview
Building sections
The property is divided into several building sections, some of which differ in their interior finishes and materials.
Historic Building
The historic building has three entrances (building numbers 1–3), each with its own staircase and lift. The tower forms part of the historic building. A small number of apartments are accessed via the entrance to the new wing.
Front Wing
All apartments in the newly constructed wing of the building have the building number 4.
Yarn Warehouse
Three apartments are being created in the former yarn warehouse at building number 6. Six terraced houses are being developed at building numbers 7 to 12.
Interior Design
From concept to living experience
The flats impress with their brightness, above-average floor space and high environmental standards (Minergie). Particularly noteworthy is the successful blend of modernity and tradition, as well as the ceiling heights of around three metres, which create a unique living experience.
Large windows offer views of the idyllic countryside surrounding the site and create a harmonious connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces.
Kitchen
The kitchens are fitted with high-quality appliances, which may vary depending on the flat type. Depending on the flat, an oven and/or a combi-steamer is fitted.
All flats feature an induction hob with an extractor fan, a dishwasher and a large fridge with three separate freezer drawers (with the exception of the smaller units in the Garnlager).
Laundry
A private washing machine and tumble dryer are standard features in all rental properties, ensuring maximum living comfort.
Bathrooms
The flats feature a shower with a glass partition and a floor-level shower tray. Larger flats have a second bathroom with a bath.
Garden room
Instead of a traditional balcony, some flats in older buildings feature a bright, glazed room. With the windows open, it can be used as a loggia in summer and as a fully-fledged, heated living space in winter.
